✦ Explain with AI

Tera Kaia sells "Basewear" — technical underlayers designed by a women-run team based in Bishop, California, that double as swimwear. The shop is built on Shopify and operates on a member-funded pre-order model, producing limited small batches to avoid overproduction.

Customers can pay with Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and major credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Mastercard, Visa). Orders ship to a wide range of countries across North America, Oceania, and Europe, with free shipping on qualifying orders at an $80 USD threshold. Exchanges are free within 60 days using a pre-paid return label, and store credit returns are also accepted within 60 days. Refunds are available within 30 days, subject to a $6.45 shipping deduction.

The brand also offers a Basewear Repair Program and operates a physical fitting location, TK Bishop, in the Eastern Sierra.
