Oveela sells custom-made and handcrafted fine and fashion jewelry, including solid gold pieces and S925 silver items. The brand markets itself with the tagline "For The Love Story You'll Tell Forever," signaling a focus on engagement and wedding jewelry.

Items ship from Texas in the United States to customers worldwide. Deliveries to the US, Canada and Australia are sent free of charge, while shipping to other international locations costs $40, with free delivery on orders above $800 USD. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, carried by USPS within the US and by FedEx, UPS or DHL internationally. Solid gold custom orders need 2-3 weeks of production time, while S925 silver fashion pieces are typically processed within 48 hours of payment.

Oveela accepts credit card and PayPal payments and applies a 45-day return policy on unworn, unused items in original packaging. Returns unrelated to quality issues are charged shipping and handcrafting fees of 30% of the order value, and luxury custom-made or engraved pieces are non-returnable. Order cancellations made within 12 hours receive a full refund; later cancellations incur a 20% restocking fee.
