thefemhealth.com

TheFemHealth.com sells V-Spray, an intimate care spray marketed for women, formulated with natural actives such as Regetaste (apple phenol), a MultiEx BSASM plant complex, and propanediol. The spray is designed to relieve itching, soothe irritation, and maintain freshness in the intimate area without rinsing.

Orders are priced in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and Singapore Dollars (SGD), with shipments dispatched through EasyParcel. West Malaysia deliveries cost RM7 and arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch; East Malaysia costs RM16 with 7-10 working days delivery; Singapore shipping is RM40 and takes about 7 working days. All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.

Tracking numbers are emailed once the parcel is on its way. Customers should report lost parcels promptly or damaged items within 48 hours, providing an unboxing video and photographs. Because V-Spray is a personal and hygienic product, all sales are final and non-refundable except for wrong or defective items, which must be reported within 14 days. Order cancellations are not accepted after payment. The storefront is offered in English and French.
