Peace, Love & Happiness Club is a 5,000 sq ft Seattle plant store that sells houseplants and lifestyle goods through its Shopify-built online shop. The catalog covers air plants, aquatic plants, bonsai, cacti & succulents, monstera, philodendron, hoya, orchids, rare & exotic specimens, seeds, and rescue plants, alongside decor such as crystals, candles & incense, ceramics, planters, terrariums, stationery, and fragrances.

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days, extending to 7–10 business days during holiday and event sales, with optional heat packs and next-day air recommended in cold weather. The shop accepts credit card payments in USD and lists shipping destinations that include the US, Canada, European countries, Australia, Japan, and others.

According to the refund policy, all online sales are final once shipped, and the shop does not accept returns. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a refund; later cancellations receive store credit. Gifts, rescue plants, and sale or promo items are final sale, and damaged or lost-package claims must be submitted within 24 hours.
