palmofferonia.com

Built on Shopify, Palm of Feronia is a small-batch studio based in South East London that creates handcrafted skincare, aromatherapy blends and gemstone jewellery.

The shop is organised into collections including Soft-Care (facial oils, bath soaks and body oils), Adorned (hand-knotted gemstone necklaces in 4mm, 6mm and 8mm bead sizes, plus earrings, bracelets and anklets), Inner Blends (aromatherapy and incense) and Studio Craft (small-run objects in materials such as leather). Skincare is formulated and produced in small batches, and all skin and body care is 100% plant-based and cruelty-free.

UK orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (usually 2–3 working days) or Royal Mail Tracked 24 (usually 1 working day after dispatch). US orders are sent Delivered Duties Paid, with import charges paid before dispatch. EU shipping is temporarily paused due to packaging regulations. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Returns are accepted within 14 days on eligible jewellery and studio craft pieces; opened skincare, body care and aromatherapy items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Customers cover return postage unless an item is faulty.
