MAGZO sells custom magnetic screen doors, aluminum screen doors, mesh screen windows, blackout curtains, insulated curtains, and cellular shades, alongside DIY screen kits and bulk insect mesh rolls. Built on Shopify, the store ships customized goods worldwide directly from China, with separate logistics tiers for the Custom Mesh & Insulated Series and the Customize Aluminum Series.

Standard delivery for the Custom Mesh & Insulated Series takes 7–15 days by air freight, with express delivery (7–10 days) available for $10 to most US destinations; Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii are served at $39.99. Customize Aluminum orders to the US and Canada ship free in 25–35 business days, while shipments to the UK run 50–60 days at $50, and Australia and New Zealand 30–45 days at $50. Tracking is offered once an order is dispatched.

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery for items that are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to buyer's remorse returns, and custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective. Payment is accepted by credit card and PayPal.
