FLEURENZ sells 14k gold-filled necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, personalized necklaces, and jewelry sets. Built on Shopify, the store highlights product features including hypoallergenic, water-resistant, and tarnish-free materials, with best-sellers such as the HELEN, FLEUR, DEANNE, and JIMMY designs listed across a EUR-priced catalogue.

Shoppers can pay by credit card or in 4 interest-free installments through Affirm. Standard order processing takes 8–12 business days, with US deliveries shipped via USPS First Class arriving in roughly 4–5 days and international orders in 1–3 weeks. A flat international shipping rate ($15 to Canada, UK, Mexico, France, Italy, Norway; $16 to Australia) applies to orders of $50 or more, tracking is offered, and customs duties are not covered. Custom pieces require approximately 4–6 weeks of production time before shipment.

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unworn items in original packaging, but the buyer covers return-label costs and approved refunds are issued as FLEURENZ gift cards. Custom, personalized, and sale items are final sale. Free shipping is triggered at a €150 order threshold.
