CheryLife sells pergolas, gazebos, fire pits, saunas, patio furniture and outdoor kitchen equipment to customers in the United States. The catalog is organized around louvered and retractable pergolas, double roof and grill gazebos, gas and wood-burning fire pits, hammocks and swings, and 1-, 2-person and corner sauna rooms. Additional sections cover indoor SPC vinyl flooring, kitchen appliances such as range hoods, gas ranges and refrigerators, and outdoor storage like deck boxes and cabinets.

Built on Shopify, the shop accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and credit card payments. Orders ship within the United States with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 days, and tracking is offered. Free shipping applies to outdoor furniture and appliance orders; extra-large items require a phone quote.

CheryLife operates a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return, provided the merchandise is unworn, unused, tagged and in its original packaging. A return shipping label is issued once the request is accepted.
