Bubble Wrapp Toys sells blind boxes, designer vinyl figures, plush, prints and stickers, with catalog lines that include Konatsu drops, Vinyl Artist Gacha series, and sofubi releases. The store also lists preorder items such as CCP Gamera figures and UDF Swimmer collectibles.

Built on Shopify and operating from the United States, the shop accepts credit card payments in USD. Shipping is available to the US, EU destinations including AT, BE, DE, DK, FR and NL, and is handled through USPS, UPS or DHL. Most orders ship the next business day, with a stated handling window of up to five business days, and customers can request orders to be held and combined for later shipment.

The return policy limits exchanges to damaged or manufacturer-defective items, which must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Order cancellations are only honored within 12 hours of purchase, after which a 10% restocking fee plus shipping costs may be withheld. Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied to completed purchases, and no refunds or exchanges are made for non-US orders, with EU buyers responsible for paying VAT.
